You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns beyond this period.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

If you’re returning an item because you simply changed your mind, the return shipping is your responsibility.
🔧 Damaged or Defective Items
Let us know within 30 days if your item is faulty or broken. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and process either a replacement or full refund, including your original shipping cost, once we receive and inspect the item.
🔄 Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll refund you for the item minus any shipping fees.
💳 Receiving Your Refund
Once your return is processed and approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 7 business days.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since you received your refund notice and the funds still haven’t shown up, please contact us at support@elitevenueessentials.com.

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. This will depend on the type of item and return reason. We’ll let you know if this applies to your order during the return process.
